User Agreement

Welcome to Simple Notes! This product is a local note-taking application that supports basic features such as creating, editing, and deleting notes. You can log in to your account to sync notes to the cloud for multi-device data synchronization.

• You need to register and log in to an account to use cloud sync features.
• You should keep your account information secure and must not transfer or lend your account to others.
• We are not responsible for account misuse due to improper保管.

When using this service, you should comply with national laws and regulations. You must not:

• Create, copy, publish, or distribute illegal content
• Use this service for any illegal activities
• Reverse engineer, crack, or maliciously attack this service

The intellectual property rights of this software and all its contents (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, etc.) belong to the developer. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

The developer is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by any non-developer reasons such as network conditions, communication lines, server failures, etc. We recommend that you regularly backup important note data.

The developer reserves the right to modify this agreement as needed. Modified agreements will be notified through in-app announcements. Continued use of this service indicates your acceptance of the modified agreement.

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, both parties should negotiate in good faith; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the court where the developer is located.
